• The citizens of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia and Macedonia can enter Montenegro and stay on its territory for a tourist visit, with a passport or an ID card.
• The citizens of Albania, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia and Macedonia are given tourist passes with a thirty day period of validity, at the Montenegrin border crossings.
• The citizens of the states included in the visa regime are required to obtain a visa in the nearest consular section of the Montenegrin Embassy in their country.
